* There are 11 buildings on the territory:

1) Letter "A" - a 3-storey building with a total area of 4232 sq.m.;

2) Letter "Б" - a 2-storey building with a total area of 1252 sq.m.;

3) Letter "B" - a 2-storey building with a total area of 1585 sq.m.;

4) Letter "Д" - 1-one-storey building with a total area of 138 sq.m.;

5) Letter "E" - 1-storey building with a total area of 138 sq.m.;

6) Letter "Ж" - 1-storey building with a total area of 138 sq.m.;

7) Letter "З" - 1-storey building with a total area of 138 sq.m.;

8) Letter "И" - 1-storey building with a total area of 138 sq.m.;

9) Letter "K" - 1-storey building with a total area of 138 sq.m.;

10) Letter "Л" - 1-storey building with a total area of 229 sq.m.;

11) Letter "M" - 1-storey building with a total area of 229 sq.m.

There is also an on-site:

1) Transformer substation with 250 kVA;

2) 2 sewage septic tanks of 80 cubic meters each;

3) 1 parking lot for motor vehicles;

4) 1 event venue.

** The total area of the buildings is 8,355 sq.m.; The total area of the land plot is 1,0716 hectares.

3. The competition is held by opening envelopes with bids and qualifying participants for compliance with the requirements of the Tender documentation.

4. The terms and procedure of the competition are regulated in the attached Tender documentation. The application form for participation in the competition is indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the Tender Documentation.

5. The language of the competition procedures and the registration of relevant documents is Russian.
