The testing center carries out the processes associated with the development of test tasks and the organization of knowledge control of students.

The main tasks of the testing center are:

- providing and solving issues related to the development of test tasks;

- provision of organization and conduct of testing;

- development of various types of computer testing;

- providing a database of test assignments for various subjects and courses of university education;

- realization of cooperation with departments and other structural divisions of the university, other universities, research institutes in the field of conducting and developing test tasks;

- maintenance of documentation on the credit system of training.

The main functions of the testing center:

- Definition of the list of disciplines for examination session;

- scheduling of test examinations in conjunction with the Department of Academic Affairs;

- formation of the base of test tasks;

- organization and conduct of the examination session;

- organization and conduct of testing of various directions of the Olympiad (among students and schoolchildren);

- organization and conduct of the EAEA.
