Rector Prize Competition «Best plein air»

With the support of the rector ofAbai KazNPU Takir Balykbaуev and the student administration organization «Student Rectorate» headed by the adviser of the rector for youth affairs Maksat Zhakauuly, on October 18, 2019, within the framework of the «Year of Youth in RK» action, a competition of fine arts was organized for students and undergraduates of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports, at the Oy-Karagay recreation area of the Almaty region, where 34 participants wrote open-air works.

The results of the competition were summed up on October 22 with the participation of the university rector Takir Balykbaуev, director of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports Tokkozhi Kozhagulov, head of the department of «Art Education» Yerzhan Rysymbetov, Kurmangazy Zhedelov and other teachers. By the decision of the commission, under the guidance of the teachers of the department «Art Education», the 1sr place was taken by the 2nd year student Gulnaz Kuanyshbekova, the 2nd place was taken by Dariga Kassenova (the leader is Bazar Yrystanuly) and the 4th year student Aizhan Kuanyshbaeva (the leader is Nurlan Kilybaev ), 3rd place was taken by 1st year undergraduate student Aigerim Onbaeva (supervisor - Gulnara Bekova) and 2nd year student Aruzhan Eralieva (supervisor - Bazar Yrystanuly), they were awarded special diplomas and prizes. The rector presented the letters of thanks to the best participants of the competition.

The traditional event contributed to the development of students` creative interests and gave excellent results of the educational process on an educational basis.
