Presentation of the corner dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Hakim Abay

On February 13, 2020, at the library of the Institute of History and Law for first and second year students of specialty «5B013000-History and Religious Studies», a new series of books translated into Kazakh as part of «Spiritual Modernization» were presented. A corner dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Hakim Abay was also presented. During the meeting, students read and explained the thirty-second word of Abay`s 32nd edification «Bilim-gilim uirenbekke talap kilushilarga aueli bilmek kerek». During the event, students discussed the book by Karen Armstrong, «The History of God: The 4,000-Year Quest of Judaism, Christianity and Islam», which is directly related to the specialty of religious students.
