BILYALOV DARKHAN NURLANOVICH

Darkhan Nurlanovich Bilyalov -PhD, Honorary Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan, Academician of the National Academy of Higher School Sciences of Kazakhstan. He graduated from L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Northwestern University, Pennsylvania State University, USA. He is a Fellow of the Nazarbayev University «Talap» Faculty Development Program and the «Bolashak» Presidential Program.

He has studied various aspects of domestic and international education and has been involved in research and other projects since 2004. He has worked at organizations such as the World Bank, the United Nations Development Program, the Center for Biotechnology of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, as well as two American universities: Northwestern University and Pennsylvania State University. Since 2011 he is also an administrator and lecturer at Nazarbayev University. Since June 2021 he has been the Chairman of the Board - Rector of «Abai KazNPU» NJSC.
