In order to instill a high corporate culture and ensure an adequate psychological climate among students at the Department of Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy, a Department for the organization of educational work has been operating since 2017.

The main areas of work of the department:
- Education of Kazakhstan patriotism based on the national idea «Manglіk El»;
- National education;
- Spiritual, moral, aesthetic education;
- Improving religious literacy and preventing extremism and terrorism;
- Ensuring an adequate psychological climate;
- Organization of motivational meetings to instill zero tolerance for crime among students.

Currently, the department coordinates interaction with the MK «Zhas Otan» of the city of Almaty, «Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan», Youth League «Kokpar», the Republican labor camp «Zhasyl Yel», the Republican League «Zhaidarman», the National Student League for Futsal.
