“Innovations in Kazakh Linguistics: International Conference in Honour of Academician Rabiga Syzdyk”

On February 15, 2025, the Department of Theory of the Kazakh Language and Teaching Methodology and the Department of Kazakh Literature and Teaching Methodology named after Academician S. Qyrabaev continued their scientific and practical work in collaboration with schools. In honor of the 100th anniversary of Doctor of Philological Sciences, Academician Syzdyk Rәbiga Sәtigaliqyzy, an international scientific-practical conference was held on the topic "Innovation, experience, development: a new era of pedagogical cooperation."

The conference was organized in collaboration with the Department of Education of the Nauryzbay District and schools No. 176 Gymnasium, No. 141 General Education School, and No. 169 Lyceum. More than 250 schoolteachers and faculty members attended the conference. At the opening ceremony, the heads of the departments gave speeches: Nağima Әbzelbekqyzy Ilyasova, Head of the Department of Theory of Kazakh Language and Teaching Methodology, and Edilbay Tөleubayұly Ospanov, Head of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Teaching Methodology named after Academician S. Qyrabaev. During the plenary session, reports were presented by Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Qalamkas Seidullaqyzy Qalybaeva and Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Ayman Zylkibaıqyzy
Koblanova. In the sectional meetings, discussions took place between university lecturers and schoolteachers on issues related to teaching the Kazakh language and functional literacy.
