Report on the event “My Elders – My Priceless Treasure”

On April 3, 2025, members of the `Til-tanym` club, consisting of first-year students from the Russian department of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography, visited the `Demeu` nursing home under the guidance of Meruert Alibaeva and Saule Nurgali and held a charitable event titled `My elders are my priceless treasure`.

The main goal of the event was to show respect for the elderly, promote national values, and foster kindness and care. The students brought various treats and fruits to create a festive atmosphere for the elderly. Special gifts were also presented.

During the program, students performed songs, recited poems, organized fun games, and presented a small concert. The elderly were very pleased, expressed their gratitude, and gave their blessings. The event was filled with kindness and heartfelt moments.

This meeting strengthened the spiritual connection between the younger and older generations, once again emphasizing the importance of respect and care for elders.
