Training "The influence of pedagogical practice on the professional and personal development of a future teacher" On April 23, 2025, an important training session titled "The Impact of Pedagogical Practice on the Professional and Personal Development of Future Teachers" was held at the Faculty of Philology of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, organized by the Department of Kazakh Language Theory and Teaching Methodology.
The head of the department, Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor Nagima Abzelbekkyzy Ilyasova, stated that the event is an initiative aimed at preparing competitive professionals and that such meetings will be regularly organized by the department in the future. Teachers from the S.A. Khodzhikov Specialized Lyceum No. 39 - Nurzhigit Berdibekuly Amanov, Zhanar Kambarqyzy Kenzhalieva, and Alina Aybekqyzy Dinabekova - as well as 4th-year students Kymbat Mauelenqyzy Zhartybai and Ulzhan Tuzelqyzy Malikova, shared their valuable experiences and delivered insightful presentations that harmonized theory and practice.
The moderator of the training, PhD and senior lecturer Khatira Shakhmankyzy Balabekova, made a great contribution to the high-level organization of the event and inspired the students. Her dedication to teaching and persistence in student mentoring were clearly evident. Overall, this event gave a strong impetus to professional development, helped students to evaluate their future career, and clarify their goals.
After the training, 3rd-year students provided feedback, noting the strong impact, inspiration, and confidence they gained. They also expressed their desire for such meaningful meetings to be held more frequently.
