On September 10, 2021, University Telarana «Abay» presented famous Kazakh cultural figures and gave the opportunity to educate young people and introduce them to art in the program «One work», where a documentary film about the life and work of Kurmangazy Akashev, a lecturer of the Department of Art Education, Institute of Arts culture and sports was shown, Abai KazNPU.

The film tells about the moral and educational value of the paintings written for the younger generation, about the connection between national traditions and contemporary art. Each work of the artist has its own image, its own idea, deep philosophical meaning.
