On 7 March , 2017 at Abai KazNPU took place a celebratory event «Woman - mother of the world» devoted to the International Women`s Day.

First pro-rector of the University M.E. Yermaganbetov congratulated all women and thanked lecturers and academic staff for their contribution to the development of the university.

At this solemn event, academic staff of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports was awarded with the badge "The Best teacher " Madina Sultanova - candidate of art history , associate professor of the Chair "Creative specialties" and Rector`s "Honorary Diploma" Akmaral Smanova - candidate of pedagogical sciences, assoc.professor, head of the Chair of Theory and Methods of Fine and Decorative and Applied Art.
