Participation of Abai KazNPU National Pedagogical University Students in the Final of the 14th International Designers` Contest «New Generation. OPEN WAY 2025: Cultural Code. Sporty casual»

On 11 November 2025, the final of the 14th International Designers` Contest "New Generation. OPEN WAY 2025: Cultural Code. Sporty casual" took place in Almaty. The event brought together young talented designers, offering them a platform to showcase their original collections, exchange experience, and advance professionally.

Our students from the Educational Programme «6B02118 - Fashion Design» - Aiyim Galym and Natalia Sokolova actively participated and received significant awards and opportunities:
• Aiyim Galym (3rd year, «6B02118 - Fashion Design») received an educational meeting and a product purchase certificate from Liliya Rakh.
• Larisa Azanova offered two designers the opportunity to be featured in a photo story in Harper`s Bazaar magazine, one of which was Aiyim Galym.
• Adilya Botabaeva presented certificates for study at Limkokwing University (Malaysia) to five finalists: among them were Aiyim Galym and Natalia Sokolova (4th year, «6B02118 - Fashion Design»).
• Alexey Zhen offered six finalists the opportunity to participate in a collective runway show at Kazakhstan Fashion Week in spring - Aiyim Galym was among them.
• Elena Svechnikova awarded a certificate for signing a contract with Zibroo sewing factory to produce a capsule clothing line with profit sharing from sales, given to Natalia Sokolova.
