Republican intellectual competition

On October 3-4, 2021, the Republican Intellectual Competition dedicated to the Day of Animal Protection (WORLD ANIMAL DAY) was organized and held. The event was organized by the Abai KazNPU jointly with the State Enterprise «Almaty Zoological Park» of the Department of Culture of the city of Almaty. The announcement of the results and the awards ceremony took place on October 10-12, 2021.

The goals and objectives of the competition were: the development of creative abilities, the deepening of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the promotion of personal self-realization, the creation of conditions for identifying gifted children, the selection and preparation of students for participation in international Olympiads, and the enhancement of the prestige of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The competition was attended by students of all educational organizations implementing educational programs of general secondary education in general education subjects and 1st year students of universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The competition was held online.

All participants of the republican competition are awarded with participant certificates. Winners and prize-winners are awarded with diplomas of I, II and III degrees.

We have summed up the results of the Republican intellectual competition dedicated to the Day of Protection of Animals (WORLD ANIMAL DAY).

1123 people from different regions of the country took part in the competition: Kyzylorda, Oral, Shymkent, Atyrau, Taraz, Mangystau, Kokshetau, Karaganda, Pavlodar, Almaty and others.

More than 800 students from almost 70 schools, gymnasiums, lyceums and about 300 students of universities and colleges, and just nature lovers answered ten questions of the competition. This was the first time such an event had been held. The organizers would like to thank the pupils, students and teachers who took an active part in the competition.

According to the results of the competition, all participants will receive certificates, and about 100 prize-winners will receive diplomas.
