Lectures for music teachers

In the period from October 26 to November 3, 2018, doctors of pedagogical sciences, professors of the chair of music education and choreography Beken Bekmuhamedov and Lora Narikbayeva, at the invitation of the Republican Educational and Methodical Center for additional Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, read a series of lectures at advanced training courses for teachers of musical direction in Almaty on two topics: «Creative and pedagogical activities of the accompanist» at the Children`s Art School № 4»; «Modern teaching methods of Kazakh folk instruments» in gymnasium number 83 of Almaty.

In the lectures for teachers-musicians such topical issues were covered as:
- «Tasks and prospects for the development and updating of the content of music education»;
- «Modern information and communication technologies in the system of musical additional education for children»;
- «Actual issues of upbringing spiritual and moral values in the framework of the implementation of the national idea «Manglik el» and the program «Rukhani zhanguyru»;
- «Modern pedagogical technologies in the system of additional music education»;
- «Psychological and pedagogical features of children`s endowments»;
- «Diagnostics of children`s musical endowments»;
- «The psychology of interaction in the conditions of a creative children`s team»;
- «Competence-oriented education in the system of music supplementary education».

Beken Bekmukhamedov and Laura Narikbayeva were awarded letters of thanks from the Republican Educational and Methodical Center for additional Education of the MES of RK for support in organizing the event and giving lectures.
