About the meeting of the 2nd year students, specialties 5В030100 - "Jurisprudence" with the representative of the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty city within the framework of the familiarization program

In accordance with the academic calendar for 2017/2018 academic year in the period from May 28 to June 2, 2018, it is planned to pass familiarization practice by the students of the second year of the bachelor`s degree in specialty 5В030100 - "Jurisprudence".

Senior lecturers Yershat Bopabaev, Gulaina Osmanova, Saliman  Buranbayeva, Elmira Kenzhibekova, Bakytzhan Akkasov were appointed as heads of the familiarization practice at the Chair of Criminal and Legal Disciplines of the Institute of History and Law.

According to the plan of familiarization practice, on May 30, 2018, a meeting of 2nd-year students took place with the Assistant to the Chief of the Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on personnel issues, Colonel of Police Rosa Sagalbaeva.

The organizer of the meeting was st.p.p. Yershat Bopabaev  During the meeting R.E.Shagalbaeva acquainted the students with the system and structure of law enforcement bodies, the rules of recruitment, answered numerous questions of the meeting participants. The main attention was paid to the deficit of professionals in law enforcement agencies, including Almaty. To create a certain personnel reserve in the Department of Internal Affairs, it was possible to obtain practical skills as non-staff assistants to investigators and investigators, which caused students to have an increased interest in the prospect of further employment in the internal affairs bodies.
