The Department of «Jurisprudence» discussed the Message of the President of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev

On September 12, 2019,the teaching staff of the Department of «Jurisprudence» discussed the Message of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayevto the people «Constructive public dialogue is the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan».

Head of the Department E.A. Buribaev noted that in the Address in the section on ensuring the rights and security of citizens, the parliament and the government were instructed to toughen penalties for drug trafficking, pedophilia, sexual violence and other serious crimes against the person. Professor Buribaev emphasized that the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carrying out large-scale work to address the pressing problems of society, and also noted that it is necessary to work on the implementation of a constructive policy.

The deputy directors of the Institute of History and Law Mukhtar Muratkazin and Nurlan Manapbaev expressed their views on the issues under discussion. They urged participants to actively participate in the implementation of the tasks set by the head of state.
