The «Eki zhuldyz» song competition

The song contest «Eki zhuldyz» was held on April 19, 2022 in auditorium of university, where talented teachers and students took part in pairs. The event was held according to the plan of festival of student spring «STUDENTS SPRING», all seven institutes of our university took part.

Darhan Bilyalov, chairman of the board-rector, noting that Abai University has a lot of creative youth, held the opening ceremony and wished the contestants good luck.

The panel of judges included member of «Konyr» Group Marhabat Myktybekov, Chief Specialist of Culture and Language Development Department of Medeu District of Almaty Zhaniya Sadvakasova, Executive Secretary of Medeu District Branch of «Amanat» Party Azat Azhimanov, leading specialist of Educational, Social Work and Youth Policy Department, Honoured Artist of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Kosbarmak.

The large-scale musical competition lit up new stars and revealed new names: each couple performed their own unique show. The contest consisted of three stages: pop song performance; film soundtracks; A.Kunanbaev and folk songs.

Bright event showed high level of preparation of participants - students and teachers. By the decision of the jury the 1st place and 150 000 tenge were awarded to Amangeldin Aibek, a teacher of the department of informatics and informatization of education, and Bakytkyzy Karakat, a 1st year student of the specialty «Training of teachers of mathematics and physics». 2nd place and 100 000 tenge were awarded to Bolatkhan Nazy, a teacher of the Institute of The 3rd place and 70 000 tenge - is awarded to Bolatkhan Nazymgul, a 2nd year student of the Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports Beksultan Tlekuly, the 3rd place and 70 000 tenge - to Pyrali Rayimbek, a chairman of the Youth Affairs Department, and Ulzhan Keulimzhanova, a 2nd year student of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology. The Audience Award and 50,000 tenge were awarded to Abdikarim Aigerim, a Phd student of the Institute of Natural History and Geography, and Bisenova Zhaniya, a 1st year student of the Institute of Natural History and Geography.
