Professor from Yokohama Toin University (Japan) Conducted a Professional Development Course

From March 26 to April 5, 2025, Professor Tomonobu Sakurai, PhD, from Yokohama Toin University (Japan), conducted a professional development course for the teaching staff of the Faculty of Physical Education and Initial Military Training at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

As part of the course titled "Physiological Characteristics of Muscle Activity in Physical Education and Sports", participants were introduced to modern scientific approaches and practical methodologies related to muscle physiology. The training program included theoretical instruction, scientific-practical analysis, and hands-on exercises.

During the course, professors and lecturers deepened their understanding of the scientific foundations of muscle activity and physiological processes in physical education and sports. Additionally, through international knowledge exchange, participants enhanced their professional competencies.

This course is a concrete example of the strengthening scientific and academic cooperation between Abai University and Yokohama Toin University, and it represents an important step towards the professional development of the teaching staff.
