Branch of the department on the basis of school-gymnasium №201

At the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year, a branch of the department of pedagogy and primary education methods of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology was opened on the basis of school-gymnasium No. 201 of the Alatau district, Almaty in the framework of this activity, a cooperation agreement was signed between the director of the school-gymnasium A.M. Shamova and the head of the department, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor A.E. Zhumabayeva and compiled a strategic plan for the activities of the branch of the department. School Director and English teacher A.M. Shamova said that the linguistic school-gymnasium №201 this year opened its doors for the first time. To date, 985 children study here, 225 of them are first-graders. Teachers 45 people.

According to the plan, the following activities were carried out at school-gymnasium No. 201:

- a training seminar was organized and rallied to unite the teaching staff of the school-gymnasium №201 on the topics: «We are a friendly team» for primary school teachers, «Learning to live together» for middle teachers (senior lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Primary Education Umirbekova A.N.);
- within the framework of the week of self-knowledge, the training «We know ourselves together» for students of the 9th grade (senior lecturer of the Department of PMPE Umirbekova A.N.);
- Lecture in the direction of methodological assistance to primary school teachers on the topic «Methodology for Studying the Updated Mathematical Content of Education» (lecturer of the Department of PMPE, author of the textbook of mathematics Astambayeva Zh. K.).
