The winners of the chess tournament were determined

From November 14 to 18, 2020, an online chess tournament for students was held in honor of the International day of students, organized by the chess club «Garde» of the Institute of mathematics, physics and computer science.

75 students took part in the competition. The players were divided into 8 groups, which were directly monitored by the Deputy Director for educational work Zhasulan Mukhashev on the program «Lichees online». After determining the winners of the game, participants were awarded with letters of thanks and diplomas. An award ceremony was held on the Zoom platform with the participation of Hamraev Sheripidin, Birgebayev Aktay, Ualieva Zaira and Mukhashev Jasulan.
