The Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science of Abai KazNPU closely cooperates with various foreign universities and international research centers in the field of education and science. Leading foreign scientists train undergraduates, doctoral students and teachers of the department, act as scientific consultants. According to the academic mobility program, our undergraduates and doctoral students undergo scientific internships at universities in the near (Belarus, Russia) and far (Turkey, Poland, Germany, Lithuania) abroad.

Since 2019, on the basis of an agreement on cooperation in the field of education with the Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V.P. Astafyev (Russia, Krasnoyarsk), a two-degree educational program 44.04.01 "Technology of digitalization of educational activities" (using a network form) has been operating.

Academic mobility of students of the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science is carried out in accordance with paragraph 5 of the Order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and No. 152 dated April 20, 2011 "Rules for organizing the educational process on credit technology" and the order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on external academic mobility of students and teaching staff.

Today, the Institute of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science works on the basis of joint agreements with specialists from 30 leading universities in the world, 15 of which are in the TOP 500. In addition, there is a regular exchange of teachers and students under the program of academic mobility, scientific internships, joint research projects, seminars and conferences.
