Educational work on the «Safety Rules in emergency situations»

On April 3, 2020 D.S. Baysymakova - Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law of Abai KazNPU Institute of History and Law conducted educational work with 2nd year students of the specialty «Jurisprudence» on the topic «Safety Rules in Emergencies».

In educational work, the concept of emergency is defined. Currently, in connection with the announcement by the World Health Organization of the new coronavirus COVID-19 as a pandemic, a state of emergency was declared in the Republic of Kazakhstan from 08:00 a.m. March 16, 2020 to 07:00 on April 15, 2020 to protect life and health of citizens of the country.

During the webinar, students discussed the decree of President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev in accordance with Articles 4, 5, 6 of the Law on Emergencies on the restrictions imposed, the penalties for state violators and on measures to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic.
