Widely discussed and fully supported by the Message of the President N.A. Nazarbayev "Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness" of 2017 year. With the purpose to spread the Message of 1 February, 2017 at the Institute of History and Law was conducted explanatory work among the academic staff, doctoral , masters and bachelor students. The meeting was opened by director of the institute, candidate of historical sciences, professor Bolat Zhumagulov and further by the following lecturers: Adіlkhan Kudaybergenov - Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Chair of History of Kazakhstan named after Academician T.S. Sadykov , Azіmbay Gali - Doctor of Historical sciences, Professor of the World History Chair, Tileubergenov Erazak - candidate of law sciences, associate professor of Public civil legal disciplines Chair, Timur Daulbayev - candidate of pedagogical sciences, senior lecturer of the Chair of methodology of teaching history and social sciences, Maksat Zhakauov - 1 year course undergraduate student of the specialty "Regional Studies", Yrys Kusbak - 3rd year student of the specialty "History". Thus, questions from students did not remain unanswered.
