Youth League "KOKPAR"

           Kokpar from ancient times is considered to be the national game of our people. After the announcement of the sovereignty of our country, national games began to be renewed. This game was left to us from the ancestors as a game of real strong men. This game trains the skill of riding and helps to awaken patriotic feelings.
          For the development of the game Kokpar, among the universities of Almaty was organized by the student group "Youth League " Kokpar" and the first team match was held on 2 April, 2017. Teams from Abai KazNPU, al-Farabi KazNU, KazNAU, M. Tynyshpaev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications participated in this match. Students of the Institute of History and Law actively participated in this League.
