Celebration of half a century of continuous work at the Department of World History of Professor H.A. Suteeva as part of the «Decade 2025»

On April 8, 2025, the Department of World History of the Faculty of History and Law of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai, within the framework of the "Scientific Decade - 2025", held a republican scientific and practical conference on the topic: "World History and Modernity" in honor of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the permanent work of Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Khanzada Agibaevna Suteeva at the Department of World History of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. 

The aim of the conference was to show the connection between generations, the contribution of Professor H.A. Suteeva to the study of the history of international relations in Central Asia in modern times and to the study of Russian pre-revolutionary historiography of Kazakhstan and her life path.

At the same time, the conference discussed current issues of world history in the 20th - 21st centuries. Scientists, teachers of universities, comprehensive schools, doctoral students, and master`s students took part in the conference. The rector of the university, the leadership of the Faculty of History and Law, her colleagues and her students from all regions of our republic congratulated the jubilee. Such honoring of veterans will be a tradition of the faculty in the future.
