Scientific seminar «The trend of modernization of national legislations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the field of ecology)»

On 25 October, 2018, a scientific seminar «The tendency of modernization of national legislations of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the field of ecology)» was held, organized by the Chair of Law of the Institute of History and Law of Abai KazNPU.

The seminar considered: the state of environmental crime in Kazakhstan, the problematic issues of qualification of environmental criminal offenses, as well as ways to solve these problems. Doctor of Laws Lazzat Erkinbaeva, Doctor of Law Aigul Bizhanova, police colonel, Member of the Bar Almaty Bauyrzhan Rakhimov, made presentations.

Lazzat Yerkinbayeva acquainted those present with the draft of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
