Participation of the associate professor of Abai KazNPU in the scientific and theoretical conference of the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications of MD RK

On January 18, 2023, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted an interdepartmental scientific and practical conference «Prospects and ways to improve psychological work at the present stage of development of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan» on the basis of the Military Engineering Institute of Radioelectronics and Communications.

Associate Professor of the Department of General and Applied Psychology PhD Nietbaeva Gulmira Bekenovna made a report on the topic «Features of motivation of young officers».

At the conference, scientists from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, military psychologists and practical psychologists shared their work experience and discussed the organization of interdisciplinary research and the creation of scientific laboratories as an opportunity for strategic leadership, as well as the main problems and ways to improve psychological work in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the present stage.
