Professional Burnout training

On February 19, 2025, in the city polyclinic No. 4, during the internship, 4th-year students of the Department of General and Applied Psychology organized and conducted a training on «Professional burnout» with the medical staff of the polyclinic. Psychologists and staff of the polyclinic took part in this event.

The main purpose of the event was to reduce occupational stress, manage stressful situations at work and prevent them. During the training, the participants completed various practical tasks and shared their thoughts and opinions.

The training was informative and interesting for all participants. At the end of the event, its importance was emphasized, and gratitude was expressed to all those present. The training will certainly have a positive impact on the ability of clinic staff to cope with and prevent stress at work.
