Graduate-2021: career guidance work

On April 26, 2021, an online meeting as part of the career guidance work «Profession - the way to the future» had been organized by teachers of Oriental Philology and Translation chair of the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education, Shengelbaeva N. R., Duysenova K. T. and Raeva A. A. with A. K Aldanov the headmaster of the school named after Y.Altynsarin, Irgiz district of Aktobe region, G. E Mykysheva the headmaster of the secondary school, Aksu-Ayuly village, Shet district of Karaganda region, also detailed information about our university was given to the students of these schools.

Also, in order to provide comprehensive information about the specialties trained at the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation, the Director of the Centre for Career Guidance and Admission of Students of KazNPU named after Abay N.A. Auezbekuly, K.A.Abdarkhmanova, head of the chair of Oriental Philology and Translation, teachers of the chair J.Yelemesova, E.Kansseitova, G.Satpai, senior lecturer of the Kazakh language and literature chair after S.Kirabayev, S. Syzdykov spoke. The online conference was held on the ZOOM platform.

The scope of this conference which was attended by the directors of general education institutions were wide. There were numerous questions which being asking by the participants about Oriental languages, the head of the chair gave comprehensive answers to all of them. It is noted that since the new academic year, the department plans to open the specialty «teacher of the Korean language». It was also about the employment of graduates who graduated from the specialty «Translation». Master S. Syzdykov answered the questions concerning the Kazakh language and literature.

Heads of institutions from two regions of Kazakhstan noted that graduates who want to enroll in Abai KazNPU, enough, and shared the information received.

We hope that this event will contribute to the activation of career guidance work.
