Meeting with the famous scientist, translator Kairat Zhanabayev

On February 21, 2025, at the Department of Oriental Philology and Translation of the Faculty of Philology of KazNPU named after Abai, students of the specialty "6b02302-Translation business" met with the famous scientist, translator Kairat Zhanabayev. The meeting was organized by the teachers of the department - Ph.D., Professor Zhumabekova A. K., Ph.D., senior lecturer Shengelbaeva N. R., Master, senior lecturer Akberdievna U.

During the meeting, scientist Kairat Zhanabayev spoke about the technique of translating the works of Makhambet and Magzhan into another language, read out excerpts from his translation work. At the end of the meeting, the head of the department, K. T. Duisenova, expressed her warm gratitude to the translator, scientist K. Zhanabev, and presented a memorable gift on behalf of the faculty.
