Echo of Traditional Heritage – Educational Event

On March 14, 2025, senior lecturer PhD Dr. A. Abuova and senior lecturer R. Orazova from the Department of Eastern Philology and Translation Studies at the Faculty of Philology of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University organized an educational event titled "Echo of Traditional Heritage" for students studying Turkish and Arabic languages.

As a continuation of this event, students also attended a concert program called "Dombra - the Herald of Friendship." The concert, held at the A. Zhubanov Chamber Hall, was organized by Dinara Nurbayeva, a senior lecturer from the Dombra Department of the Faculty of Folk Music. Since the event coincided with Körisu Kuni (Meeting Day) as part of the Nauryz celebrations, Dr. A.T. Abuova gave a brief talk to students about Nauryz, highlighting its cultural significance and educational value. Senior lecturer R. Orazova emphasized the importance of the Kazakh tradition of Körisu Kuni, noting that such customs teach young people kindness, compassion, and generosity.

The event and the concert program complemented each other harmoniously and generated great interest among the participants.
