Meeting with Consul of the Consulate General of the People`s Republic of China in Almaty Geng Lipin

On 18 October, 2019, a meeting of representatives of nine universities in Almaty, which taught Chinese, with the Consul of the Consulate General of the People`s Republic of China in Almaty, Geng Lipin, was held at the Ablai khan KazUIR and WR Confucius Institute. During the meeting, issues related to education, international student exchange programs and teaching the Chinese language at the universities of our city were discussed. From the Abai KazNPU, the meeting was attended by senior teacher Asel Almabekova and 4th-year student of the specialty «Foreign Philology» Akbota Sagyndyk. All those present from the Consulate General of the PRC in Almaty were presented with a gift of Chinese language textbooks.
