Effective planning model 4 K in preschool education

On December 9, 2019, a kindergarten «Bota» (Karasai district, Shamalgan village) together with the Abai KazNPU Department of «Preschool education and social pedagogy» held a regional training seminar for employees of preschool organizations on the topic: «Effective planning model 4 K in preschool education».

The district training seminar was attended by teaching staff of the university: Ph. D. in pedagogics, Assoc.Professor Kyyakbaeva Ulbosyn, M. p. senior lecturer Karimova Razia, M. p. senior lecturer Erkebaeva Saule, (PhD) associate Professor Turalbayeva Almash Institute of advanced training of teachers in Almaty region JSC «NCPC» Orleu, as well as educators of kindergartens of the Karasai region.

The purpose of the seminar is to improve the methodological and technological competence of teachers, improve their skills, exchange experience, development of rational methods and techniques.

The program of the seminar teachers of the Department «Preschool education and social pedagogy» of KazNPU: Kyyakbaeva Ulbosyn -«Relevance of quality of preschool education», Karimov Razia - «Basic directions of realization of the updated content of preschool education and training», Erkebayeva Saule «Forms of organization of basic literacy of DL».

«On the effective planning of the 4K model in preschool education» associate Professor of the Institute of advanced training of teachers in Almaty region Turalbayeva Almash together with teachers, educators, students acquainted with the features and capabilities of his profession.

At the end of the seminar, educators shared their thoughts, exchanged views and experiences.

It should be noted that these initiatives allow the teaching staff of the University, employees of preschool organizations to learn rational methods and techniques. In developing the quality of preschool education, it is necessary to work closely with the kindergarten. The seminar was held at a high scientific level.
