On 1 February , 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the lecture № 422 (Educational building №1) Institute of Geography and Natural sciences of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University was held general discussion meeting between the masters and students, academic staff to promote the Message of the President of N.A. Nazarbayev to Kazakh people referred to as the "Third loud sound of Kazakhstan: ability to the global competition".

Director of the Institute K.D. Kaymuldinova gave the speech to the rapporteur docent T.O.Uvaliev. Dіldabek Didarbek - 2nd year course student of the specialty "Ecology"  made report and shared his thoughts regarding to the Message.
