"PREVENTION OF ADDITIVE BEHAVIOR IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS: STATE, PROBLEMS, PROSPECTS"

             Leading specialists in the field of preserving and strengthening the health of students, educators, members of the Expert Council on Health and Physical Education of Students at the State Duma Committee on Education and Science, public representatives of Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania. From Kazakhstan, at the work of the conference was attended the staff of the Department of Anatomy, Physiology, Zoology and Life Safety of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University / Almaty City.

              A welcoming address to the participants of the 5th i-conference was made by Faris F. Harisov-Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Education, Adviser of the Federal Institute for the Development of Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Chairman of the Expert Council under the State Duma Committee for Education and Science , Honored Teacher of the Russian Federation.
             Presentations were made by Shamshidin A. Balgimbekov - doctor of medicine, professor, head of the department of anatomy, physiology, zoology and life safety.
              Theme of the report: "Experience in the prevention of addictive behavior of young students at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University ».
           Zh.M. Zharylkasynova - undergraduate student of the Department of Anatomy, Physiology, Zoology and Life Safety.
            Theme of the report: "Motion activity and its importance in preventing addictive behavior of university students".
             Participants of the i-conference discussed a wide range of issues related to the promising areas of development of the state policy in the field of formation, preservation and development of health and safe behavior, as well as the prevention of addictions. The need to develop and improve the conceptual foundations for building a healthy and safe way of life for students, the early detection of the risk of the formation of psycho-social dependencies and their prevention, resource support and training of specialists in the field of health conservation and prevention of dependent behavior of young people.
It is noted that today the problem of addictive behavior is more urgent than ever and is due to a new wave of drug addiction, suicide and other addictions among young people. Currently, dependence is the main part of all behavioral and personality disorders and is the main factor that destroys the physical and mental health of the younger generation of the nation. In addition, many dependencies underlie the manifestation of antisocial and criminal behavior, vandalism and terrorism of various population groups. Unfortunately, the system analysis and accounting of domestic and foreign experience is still not implemented, the scientific literature has paid insufficient attention to the issues related to the research of approaches to solving this problem on the basis of evidence-based psychology, physiology, pedagogy and sociology. It was stated that the solution of these problems largely depends on the consolidation of the efforts of the entire world scientific community of theoreticians, practitioners, policy makers and tactics in the prevention of addictive behavior and the formation of physical and mental health.
                   Participants in the i-conference drew attention to the negative trend in the spiritual, moral, mental, physical and social health of young people caused by the increase in the consumption of psychoactive substances and the formation of new types of addictive behavior and addictions (i-dependence, sexual, religious, extreme sports, ), As well as the lack of mechanisms for the timely identification of persons at risk of addictive behavior, preventive and rehabilitation programs for accompanying these individuals.
                 During the discussion, attention was paid to the need to improve the training of relevant specialists. The relevance of the development and implementation of educational programs for further training, specialization, retraining, second higher education, masters programs and undergraduate programs for specialists working in the fields of education, health, social protection, law enforcement structures, etc. is noted. On the problems of health and prevention of addictions.

                        Participants of the i-conference decided:
1) to stimulate the introduction in educational organizations of author`s educational programs on the formation of spiritual and moral and physical health in the students and the prevention of various addictions;
2) to form a system of expertise of educational technologies and programs in the field of health-saving education in the subjects of the Federation and in large cities and the prevention of addictions;
3) to promote the following modules in the educational programs of the system of additional professional pedagogical education: development of the child`s organism (age physiology and psychophysiology); Sanitary and hygienic requirements for the work of educational organizations; Primary medical knowledge about the preservation of health (the basis of medical knowledge); Health-saving pedagogy and application of health-saving technologies in the field of education; First aid in the education system; Identification of the risk of the formation of psycho-social addictions and their prevention.
