A training seminar on the «Methods for the formation of functional literacy of students in teaching biology»

On November 19, 2022, 2nd year doctoral students of the «Biology» major of the Institute of Natural Science and Geography organized a training seminar on the topic «Methods for the formation of functional literacy of students in teaching biology» as one of the final events of pedagogical internship. The training seminar was attended by students of Bachelor, Master and PhD programs, and stuff of the institute.

The purpose of the seminar is the exchange of experience of PhD students working as teachers of secondary schools in carrying out work aimed at developing students` functional literacy in teaching biology. During the event, students completed assignments, answered questions and actively participated in the discussion.
At the end of the training seminar, the participants received answers from the speakers to their questions and shared their opinions.
