Olympiad «The Great Silk Road»

In Al-Farabi KazNU, on 20 - 22 April of the current year the VII Inter-University Olympiad of Students was held on the specialty «5В090200 - Tourism» for the Cup «ZhasTour». The theme of the 2018 Olympics is the Great Silk Road.

The purpose of the Olympiad is to expand and deepen knowledge on tourism and local history, as well as to identify and encourage talented students.

The team «Zhyhankez» represented Abai KazNPU, the team consists of second-year students Alibek Suleimen, Armanbek Agybaev, Asel Erlankyzy and Dina Yusupova.

The head of the group is senior lecturer Ardak Aldasheva.

According to the results of the Olympiad, the team of our university took the second place.
