The Project Office is a structural subdivision of the Department of Science of the "Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University" NJSC, created in 2021.

The main goal of the Project Office is the implementation and realization of Strategic Direction 2. "Abai University - Pedagogical Research University" of the Abai University Development Program for 2023-2029.

In order to realise the stated objective above, the following tasks have been identified:

- organization of work and control over the implementation of fundamental and applied research on grant and program-targeted financing of MSHE RK and other organizations;

- organizing competitions of scientific projects for internal grants from the university`s own funds;

- generalization of the experience of scientific research work, preparation of annual reports on scientific research, information materials for management, at the request of MSHE RK, NAS RK under the President of RK, "NCSTE" JSC ;

- improving the quality of human resources in science and the mobility of scientific personnel through the early involvement of the most talented students in projects, the widespread involvement of postdoctoral students and research professors;

- organizing and conducting competitions for positions of research professor and postdoctoral fellow;

- coordination of the work of the Scientific Advisory Council.
