Self-education and self-analysis, the mechanism of self-development of the individual
On February 15, 2020, the senior lecturer of the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology Dolores Nurgalieva conducted an interactive lecture on the topic «Self-acceptance and self-prediction as a mechanism of self-development» for 4th year students (groups 1 and 2) in the specialty «5В012300 - Social pedagogy and self-knowledge».
Information was heard about modern theories and technologies of self-knowledge and self-development of future specialists.During the lecture, students focused on complex theoretical issues. Students were asked questions for discussion, which formed certain concepts by choosing and bringing evidence.
Through discussion, providing pedagogical support to students, the results of the teacher`s self-realization in the process of professional activity, that is, be able to understand and anticipate the prospect of self-determination, as well as analyze and perceive social problems from the point of view of moral and spiritual values that arise in accordance with modern circumstances in the process of professional activity of a specialist.
During the lecture, the methods used were «Associogram», «Event Map», «Level of Self-Assessment», «Reflection Pyramid».
