Continuity between Preschool Organizations and Higher Education Institutions

On February 14, 2025, a tandem seminar for interns and preschool educators was held at the Communal State Treasury Enterprise "Kindergarten No. 107" of the Almaty City Education Department, as part of the agreement on "Cooperation between Preschool Organizations and Higher Education Institutions."

The main goal of the seminar was to provide methodological assistance to future specialists and to share experiences with mentors. The master class was conducted by S. Erkebaeva and A. Abdildaeva from the Department of "Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy" of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

At the tandem seminar for preschool educators, the head of the Department of "Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy" of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, U. Kyiakbaeva, along with the supervisors of the production practice for third-year students, D. Azimbaeva and R. Karimova, spoke about the intricacies of teaching methodology in higher education institutions. They created conditions for the application of theoretical knowledge by students specializing in "Preschool Education and Training" during their production practice, which fostered a sense of pride in their profession among the students within the framework of the seminar.

The end of the seminar, the interns noted that they enjoyed their chosen profession and shared their impressions of various aspects of working with children.
