A facilitation session with the participation of the best practitioners of preschool organizations

On 03/06/2024, at the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy, Associate Professor, PhD Gulbanu Abitova gave a lecture for 1st year students (IP) (6B01204) on the educational program «Preschool Education» in the format of a facilitation session with the participation of the best practitioners of preschool organizations on the topic: «Innovative approaches to social partnership of preschool organizations and families».

The main idea of the session: analysis of problems and challenges in modern interaction between preschool institutions and families, innovative approaches to social partnership, search for relevant solutions to improve the effectiveness of cooperation.

Representatives of the Almaty City Preschool Resource Center, head Natalia Karaseva and methodologist Layla Raimova, Head of the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy Ulbosyn Kyyakbayeva and Professor, PhD Rosa Bekmagambetova and 2nd year students of the educational program 6B01201 - Preschool education and Upbringing took an active part in the work of the facilitation session.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the main approaches to the interaction of preschool institutions and families, considered modern trends in social partnership (online platforms, interactive formats, gamification, etc.), the head of nursery No. 1 Kymbat Karabalayeva, the methodologists of nursery No. 42 Aigul Idrisova, nursery No. 137 Zhazir Soltanayeva presented practical cases of successful social partnership, recommendations for improving cooperation between preschool organizations and parents have been prepared.

The facilitation session became a creative dialogue between theorists and practitioners in the field of preschool education. The participants noted the importance of innovative technologies for creating a modern model of partnership between a preschool organization and a family.
