The results of the competition of scientific projects on the topic "Environmental problems in the digital space"

On April 8, 2025, within the framework of the International Forum dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Professor A.E. Mankesh, a scientific project competition titled "Environmental Problems in the Digital Space" was held at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology. The event was organized by Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy, G.T. Abilbakiyeva.

The purpose of the competition was to engage youth in solving and researching scientific pedagogical issues, expand their understanding of science as an ecologically important resource in society, increase participants` environmental literacy, support initiatives aimed at protecting the environment, develop ecological thinking, and promote the ideas of sustainable development.

The competition was attended by 2nd-year students majoring in Preschool Education and Training. Out of nearly twenty submitted pedagogical projects, three works were selected and presented to the jury. Based on the jury`s decision, the competition results were as follows:

1st place - Aida Orazaliqyzy Alpysova (Scientific advisor: PhD, Acting Associate Professor G.T. Abilbakiyeva).

2nd place - Aidana Aydynqyzy Marat (Scientific advisor: Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Lecturer D.K. Azimbayeva).

3rd place - Ayanat Bolatqyzy Nagymettula (Scientific advisor: PhD, Acting Associate Professor S.Zh. Erkebayeva).

At the conclusion of the competition, the Vice Dean for Research and International Cooperation of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, A.Zh. Zhakupova, and the Head of the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy, U.K. Qiyakbayeva, delivered closing remarks. They expressed their gratitude to the young researchers and their scientific advisors for their active participation. The winners were awarded special diplomas, and all participants received certificates.
