Scientific Internship at Gazi University
From April 16 to May 16, 2025, second-year doctoral students of the educational program "8D01201 - Preschool Education and Upbringing" - Dariga Azimbayeva, Raziya Karimova, Gulmira Mombiyeva, Saulet Tukebayeva, Feruza Abdrimova, Zhanna Asankhanova, and Yulduz Iminova - completed a scientific internship at Gazi University in Ankara, Republic of Türkiye.
The main goal of the internship was to enhance the doctoral students` research competencies, gain experience in an international academic environment, establish cooperation with foreign scientific supervisors, and explore pedagogical practices.
During the internship, the doctoral students worked under the guidance of international academic advisors:PhD, Professor Yücel Gelişli, PhD, Professor Ayhan Ural, PhD, Professor Serhat Arslan, and PhD, Professor Ilkay Ulutaş.
These professors provided methodological support, conducted scientific seminars, facilitated discussions, and offered individual consultations. Key topics included academic writing standards, structuring and logic of research, and application of modern pedagogical approaches.
On May 6, 2025, the doctoral students participated in the 7th International Congress of Social Sciences Research, held at Hacı Bayram Veli University in Ankara, where they presented their scientific findings in oral presentations.
Additionally, the participants visited preschool education institutions in Türkiye. They became familiar with educational programs, the content of educational and upbringing activities, the implementation of innovative technologies, and pedagogical methods aimed at the comprehensive development of children. The international experience was compared and analyzed alongside domestic practices.
Upon completion of the internship, all participants were awarded official certificates by Gazi University.
