Coworking on the topic: "The most effective way to help children is to help their parents"

On May 27, 2025, a coworking session was held at Kindergarten No. 144 in the Alatau District under the theme: "The most effective way to help children is to help their parents." The aim was to promote the socialization of children by creating optimal conditions for their holistic development, taking into account their interests and needs.

The innovation of the coworking event was that the sections "National Education - National Values," "The World of Plants," "The World of Theater," "Beauty - the Messenger of the World," "The Underwater World," "Sculpture and Painting," and others were beautifully arranged throughout the kindergarten yard.

Each group`s collaborative activities between children and their parents helped instill confidence in the children and allowed them to sense the wonders of nature, increasing their curiosity and engagement.

The democratic atmosphere, free communication, and the opportunity to build meaningful connections during the coworking demonstrated that strong cooperation between the kindergarten and parents had been established.

Trainings held in the music hall lifted the spirits of specialists and inspired them for the days of work ahead.

The coworking event was attended by Professor Aksaule Mankesh, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences from the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University; Gulnar Nogaysarina, a methodologist from the Alatau District Education Department; as well as heads of institutions, methodologists, and educators from the district.

The district methodologist expressed gratitude to the staff of Kindergarten No. 144, emphasizing that organizing such seminars at the district and city level enhances the qualifications of specialists and provides valuable opportunities to master the subtleties of working with children. She wished the team continued success in their future work.
