Narikbayeva Lora Maksutovna - Academician of  the International Academy of Science for Teacher Education (MANPO, 2014), professor and Academician of the Regional Academy of Management (RАМ, 2013, 2014), doctor of education (VAK RK, 2008), professor (CCES, 2017). Owner of the international scholarship «Bolashak  (2011, Spain).

1981-1985 -Taldy-kurgan music school named after K.Baiseitov, majoring in «pianoforte».

1985-1990 -Almaty State Conservatory named after Kurmangazy, majoring in «pianoforte».

1990-1997 -Piano teacher at the department of musical instruments of Taldykorgan pedagogical university named after I. Zhansugurov.

1997-1998 -Research assistant at the department of theory and methods of teaching musicof Kazakh State Women`s Teacher Training Institute.

1998-2001 -Postgraduate program of intramural studies at the department of pedagogics of Almaty state university named after Abay. The subject of the PhD thesis is «Scientific-practical basics of training future teacher to work with gifted children», specialty «13.00.08-Theories and methodology of professional training». 

2001 - December -  Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences (PhD  in pedagogy) (Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan (HAC RK)).

2004 - April - Associate Professor (HAC RK).

2003-2006 - Doctoral program at the department of pedagogics of Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay. The subject of the doctor`s thesis is «Development of professional giftedness of future specialist at the higher pedagogical school», specialty «13.00.08-Theories and methodology of professional training». 

2008 - April  - Doctor of Education (HAC RK).

1998-2014 -Educational research activity at the department of general, developmental and social pedagogy. 

2007-2012 - Chairman of the Council of postdoctoral researchers of PPF Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay. 

2009-2010 -Member of thesis board D14.01.05 at Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay. 

December, 2014 -June, 2015 -Head of the department of music education and choreography at Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay.

2015-to present - professor of the department of music education and choreography.

SCIENTIFIC WORK:

Area of research interests: psychological and pedagogical issues of diagnostics, teaching and development of gifted children and youth; theoretic-practical basics of training future teachers to work with gifted children were developed; a new scientific field in pedagogy and psychology of higher school, concept of «professional giftedness of future professional» was reasoned and introduced, conception and pedagogical approach to the development of future giftedness of future teacher was proposed, «Concept of search, development and support of the gifted students of higher educational establishments in the Republic of Kazakhstan» (a comprehensive program for execution on the Republic level) was developed. 

More than 100 scientific papers were published, including: monographies «Theories and technology of developing the professional giftedness of future specialist at the higher pedagogical school», «Development of professional giftedness of future specialist at the higher school»; work books: «Teacher`s work with gifted children»; «Self-development of non-academic forms of future teacher`s mind»; «Training future teacher to work with gifted children»; «Kazakh-Russian-Englishencyclopedic dictionaryof terms on musical culture and art» (co-authored) and others.

A participant to fundamental scientific projects: Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan andKazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay «Building intelligent potential of nation in system of continuous education of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (2012), international scientific project «TEMPUS» entitled «Two-level system (licensee-master`s program) of training social psychologists to work withmigrants» (2012-2015 г.г.). GrantoftherectorofKazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay for managing and executing the students scientific project «Self-development of non-academic forms of future teacher`s mind» (2012, Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay).
