The final video conference on pedagogical practice

On April 16, 2020, a video conference has been held at the Department of Russian Language and Literature of the institute of Philology and Multilingual education, at which the results of the production (pedagogical) practice of fourth-year students of the specialty «Russian Language and Literature in Schools with a Non-Russian Language of Education» were summed up. The event was attended by the methodologist, the head of the pedagogical practice of the department, professor Gulmira Kazhigalieva, the head of the department, professor Saule Abisheva and students - trainees.

The guys shared their experience in organizing lessons, impressions of their teaching activities. In their speeches, trainees pointed out the difficulties they encountered and which they still overcame, and the friendly attitude of teachers toward trainees, their willingness to come to the rescue, and give advice. According to students, support from methodologists and practice leaders was important.

Summing up the pedagogical practice, Professor G. Kazhigalieva noted that the first experience in organizing pedagogical practice in this format of dual training shows that students as a whole were able to overcome the difficulties encountered, to show their best side due to discipline, responsible attitude to work, which allowed them to successfully cope with the tasks.

In conclusion, the head of the department of the Russian language and literature, Professor S. Abisheva, spoke. She congratulated the children on the completion of their graduate teaching practice and noted that pedagogical practice is an effective indicator of the real readiness of a graduate student of a pedagogical university to work as a teacher; it is practice that reveals its potential as a future specialist; Saule Dzhunusovna also wished students successful completion of the upcoming state examinations and the defense of theses.
