Meeting with lawyers

On 25 February, 2017 at the Chair of Russian Language and Literature held on  meeting with a lawyer, chairman of the National Endowment for Financial Services Andrei Li  and his colleague Tatiyana Pozhidaeva.

The meeting was held on  in  the interactive seminar format, where the 1st year course students received answers to all their questions concerning the legal literacy of the young citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Students learned about their rights and duties, the seriousness of the penalties for bribery and complicity in bribery, the fines for smoking and drinking alcohol in the wrong places, on the zero tolerance law enforcement agencies in crime, which was declared in the country to maintain law and order.
Particular emphasis in the speeches of lawyers has been made on the fact that today`s youth should cultivate responsible citizenship, which excludes indifference and connivance. "Do not pass by the injustice, do not look through your fingers on the workers of iniquity. Such citizenship must adhere to each of us. And remember that the rights of one person ends where begin the rights of others ", - said the well-known Kazakh lawyer Andrei Li.
The meeting ended with the lawyers of thanks to the head of the Chair - Saule Abisheva, who gave guests a memorable gifts - books, written at different times by members of the Chair of Russian language and literature of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
