Students of Abai University Became Prizewinners at the “Farabi World” International Scientific Conference

On April 3, 2025, students and young scientists of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University achieved excellent results at the "Farabi World" International Scientific Conference, organized by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The students, studying in the specialty of Kazakh Language and Literature, participated in the conference under the scientific supervision of Senior Lecturer Karlygash Seytaliyeva from the Department of Kazakh Language Theory and Teaching Methodology. They presented reports on relevant topics and received high praise from the jury.

The following results were recorded during the conference:
 Sayzhan Maulet, 1st-year student - won 1st place in the "Linguistic and Intercultural Communication: Theory and Practice" section with his report on "Ways to Apply Intercultural Communication in Teaching Kazakh Language".

 Miramgul Esengeldinova, 1st-year student - won 2nd place in the "Current Issues of Modern Translanguaging" section with her report on "Using Translanguaging Methods in Teaching a Foreign-Speaking Audience".

 Merei Abdilda, 4th-year student - won 3rd place in the same section with her report on "Possibilities of Using Artificial Intelligence in Kazakh Language Lessons".

The students of Abai University demonstrated their scientific potential by professionally discussing issues related to modern linguistics, language teaching methodology, and the integration of digital technologies. This achievement highlights the quality of education and the level of scientific mentorship at the university.
