We discuss the Address of President N.A. Nazarbayev

On 31 January, 2018 at the chair of Russian Language and Literature, teachers and undergraduates participated in the discussion of Address of President N.A. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan «New opportunities for development in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution». Prof. D.D. Shaybakova made a report on the topic «Problems of Education in the President`s Addresses of Different Years». In the Address of 2018 a significant place is given to the problems of education. The upbringing of the youth and the educational strategies of Kazakhstan were an important topic of all previous messages. Since 2001, they formulate clear tasks, the solution of which is aimed at reforming the education system. Presented in chronological order, these sections of the Epistles are the concept of education and allow us to conclude that all tasks are consistently implemented.

The speakers described how the staff and the training departments participate in the implementation of the tasks set out in the Address of the President N.A. Nazarbayev.
