Online seminar with the head of an international research project

On May 17, 2019, a webinar at the Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education in which participants of the international scientific project «Study of the Formation of Reading Skills of Primary School Students and its Determinants» was held. During which exchanged views on the immediate tasks.

The project manager from the Russian side, associate professor Elena Kardanova (Moscow, National Research University Higher School of Economics) spoke about the tools for researching basic reading skills and phonemic literacy of schoolchildren. Project Manager from Abai KazNPU is Professor Saule Abisheva made her suggestions and clarifications on the project implementation issue in schools in Almaty.

The held web conference was the first step of the upcoming seminar, to which Elena Kardanova will arrive in Almaty on June 11, 2019.
